Carlee has been dedicated to supporting youth and families for the past 13 years, both in the community and in the boardroom. They have a deep passion for creating systems that foster meaningful and inclusive experiences for everyone. Carlee has led and supported various community-based organizations, driving strategic initiatives, advocating for racial equity and amplifying the voices of historically marginalized communities.

When they’re not busy trying to make the world a better place, Carlee enjoys spending time with their growing family, cheering on their favorite sports teams (Go STORM!), camping, or any other activity that brings them together with others. Originally from Texas, they moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2012. Carlee is a foodie, loves karaoke, and enjoys reading.
