camp Sessions - Financial accessibility
General Info on our Sliding Scale and Camper Scholarships
Camp Ten Trees is committed to maintaining accessibility, including financial accessibility, for our campers. We're thrilled to have never had to turn away a camper for financial reasons. Our long-time Campership (scholarship assistance) Program has helped many campers join us over the years. We also have a Camp Tuition Sliding Scale. We encourage campers/their families to pay highest sliding scale rate affordable for them. This helps make camp participation possible for all our campers. The high end of the scale begins at the actual cost to Camp Ten Trees to host one camper for one week. The low end of the scale is about 35% of the actual cost to Camp Ten Trees to host one camper for one week. When completing your registration form, select the sliding scale rate that is the best fit for you. If the lowest sliding scale rate is too costly, don't worry; simply submit a Campership Request along with your Camper Registration. We love Campership Requests!
Register For Summer Camp!
2013 Camp Session Dates:
August 11-17: LGBTQ and Allied Youth (ages 13-17)
August 18-24: Children/Youth (ages 8-17) of LGBTQ or Non-traditional Families
Our Camper Registration process is now on-line!
This year, we're making the leap from our old paper/hard copy Camper Registration Form to a new on-line process. As you begin, you'll see a list of information you need to know before registering; read it thoroughly. Interested in requesting a Campership? You'll be able to do so during on-line Camper Registration. Please note that the registration deadline is July 15th, 2013; however, if a camp session fills to capacity before that date, we will close registration for that session. So, it's better to register sooner, rather than later!
Questions about the on-line Camper Registration process? Try clicking the registration link below, as your questions may be answered by the information found there. If not, please call us at 206-288-9568. Happy registering!
